1. Order Cancellation
You can request to cancel an order before it has been processed or shipped.
Once an order is processed, packed, or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Orders can be canceled by contacting our customer support team via email or phone.
2. Cancellation Process
To cancel an order, provide your order number and details to our support team.
Our team will confirm whether your order is eligible for cancellation.
If eligible, your order will be canceled, and a refund will be initiated (if payment was made).
3. Refunds for Canceled Orders
Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 7–10 business days after cancellation approval.
Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the cancellation was due to our error.
4. Non-Cancellable Orders
Orders that have already been shipped or delivered cannot be canceled.
Customized or personalized items cannot be canceled once production has started, unless they are defective or incorrect.
