KartComfort accepts the following payment options:
Bank Transfer / e-Banking
Digital Wallets (e.g., eSewa, Khalti, IME Pay)
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Credit / Debit Cards (if applicable)
All payments must be made in Nepalese Rupees (NPR) unless otherwise stated.
2. Payment Terms
Full payment is required at the time of placing an order unless using COD.
Orders will not be processed or shipped until payment is successfully received and verified.
For COD orders, please ensure that the payment is ready in exact cash, as delivery personnel may not provide change.
3. Payment Security
KartComfort ensures that all online payments are secure and encrypted.
We do not store sensitive payment information such as credit/debit card details on our servers.
Any issues with payment security should be reported to our customer support immediately.
4. Failed or Declined Payments
If a payment fails or is declined, your order will not be processed.
You may retry the payment using an alternative method or contact our support team for assistance.
5. Refunds & Payment Reversals
Refunds for canceled orders or returned items will be processed via the original payment method.
The refund processing time may take 7–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
For COD orders that are canceled, no additional charges will apply for reversing the payment.
6. Disputes
Any disputes regarding payments must be reported to KartComfort within 7 days of the transaction.
We will investigate and resolve payment-related issues in a fair and timely manner.
